I started with some oranges and yellow Acrylic paints spread out over the page in my Dylusions Creative Journal, followed by adding a translucent layer of white over a rose and spiderweb patterned stencil.
A couple of months ago I bought some napkins with cool looking branches on it. I wanted to incorporate those. So I had an idea to draw a mansion in the background and have the branches in the foreground. I used Tombow ABT markers in grey to draw the Mansion and a little graveyard.
I trimmed the napkins around the trees and glues them down with Modge Podge. I didn't expect that it would cover so much of the mansion, I thought the white of the napkin would turn more transparant, so I decided to go over the mansion again with the tombows.
It looked a lot better after the second pass with Tombows, but it was missing something in the bottom centre.
I left it for a couple of days before I decided I could do a female silhouette from behind. Once I colored the silhouette black I decided to make her a bride by giving het a veil with some transparent white acrylic and a white gelpen.
